Why aren't Meta leads syncing instantly to Freshsales via Pabbly Connect?

We have created multiple workflows in Pabbly Connect to transfer leads from Facebook to Freshsales. However, the leads are not being updated instantly in Freshsales.
Could you please let us know the reason for this delay and help us resolve the issue so that leads are synced in real time?
