Why is Twitter App Not there in Trigger?

Hello i dont see Twitter in my Trigger, i want to trigger a workflow on a Search Operator.

Yes, initially we used to have triggers in the Twitter app. Recently Twitter has updated its API policy and we will see if we can accommodate supporting triggers as well or not.
