Woocommerce and Systeme.io integration issue!

I have connected woocommerce and systeme.io with pabbly. When a customer buys a product, they get added to the systeme and a contact is created. But for last 2-3 weeks, there is a problem happening with the automation because no contacts is being created when someone buys anything from woocommerce. 
the image above is how the automation looks. But everytime I place the order on woocommerce, the 1, and 2 steps are working but on the third step, this problem is happening (see the image below)
I am not sure why is it happening! I believe woocommerce is working fine but systeme's api is malfunctioning here or something. Correct me if I am wrong. I would highly appreciate your help regarding this as I am having to manually add them for quite some time now and its not fulfiling the purpose of buying Pabbly subscription if I am having to do it all manually.

I had a discussion with the technical team, and they have informed me that to make this action step work, you need to fill out all the fields. They have suggested that you try using the API by Pabbly to execute this endpoint, if you want to skip a field.
