Hello,

Please create a new workflow and follow the exact steps shown in the video shared below to set up the WooCommerce: New Order Created trigger step. Make sure to create a test order, as demonstrated in the video.

Please record your screen throughout the entire process. If the issue persists, share the screen recording in this thread so we can investigate it further.

Hi Bill,

Thank you for getting back to us! Yes, you can completely reset the connection and start fresh by removing the existing webhook from WooCommerce and re-establishing it through Pabbly Connect.

Please follow these steps to reset:

  1. Delete Existing Webhook in WooCommerce:

    • Go to your WordPress Dashboard $\rightarrow$ WooCommerce $\rightarrow$ Settings $\rightarrow$ Advanced $\rightarrow$ Webhooks.

    • Locate any webhooks pointing to Pabbly Connect and click Delete Permanently.

  2. Clear WordPress / Plugin Caches:

    • If you use caching plugins (like WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, or W3 Total Cache), clear/purge the entire site cache.

  3. Reconnect in a New Workflow:

    • Create a brand new workflow in Pabbly Connect.

    • Select WooCommerce as the trigger app and choose New Order Created.

    • Copy the fresh Webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect and add it manually under WooCommerce Settings $\rightarrow$ Advanced $\rightarrow$ Webhooks (set Status to Active and Topic to Order Created).

  4. Place a Real Test Order:

    • Place a new test order in your checkout while Pabbly Connect is waiting for Webhook Response.

Please try this fresh setup and let us know if the full order payload is received!
