Woocommerce (New Order Created) x Loyverse (Create Receipt)

I created a trigger of Woocommerce (New Order Created) and action of Loyverse (Create receipt). I tried to follow the step but found some errors. Please see it below.

The error from the Loyverse application, with the code "INVALID_VALUE" and the details "Not enough balance to redeem bonuses," indicates that there is an issue with redeeming bonuses due to insufficient balance.
In this case, I request you to please make a new connection with the Loyverse application and try again.
If you are still facing the same issue then you need to contact the Loyverse application support team and ask for the help.
I made the new connection again but I got the same result.
Could you reccommend any POS for creating receipt by the trigger of Woocommerce (New Order Created)?
