Hey @konkerdigital

As we can see from your workflow, you haven't captured the webhook response for the new product from the WooCommerce account.

So, please refer to the following video tutorial on how you can capture the webhook response and then try again.

I hope this might help you out.

The webhook response capturing is not working on my end, I tried it several times no luck.

I tried multiple attempts before I submitted this question, pause/un-pause my workflow to recapture webhook response, but all attempts failed.

I already added a new test product, but the webhook didn't capture the data. See attached screenshots

Hey @konkerdigital

Can you please record a short video on how you are trying to capture the webhook response and check whether the webhook URL is active or not?

Webhook URL is active, I have captured the webhook similar to the video. As I have said this automation is working perfectly fine for the more than a year, this issue that I have encountered just happened few weeks ago. Similar to most common problems posted here on the forums. WooCommerce webhook is not capturing any data even after a product was created.

Hey @konkerdigital,

Upon completing thorough testing, we discovered that WooCommerce is failing to send a response to Pabbly Connect. As a result, even with our account, we are unable to retrieve newly added products. If you wish to verify this on your end, please visit webhook.site and test the responses.
