We setup a new WooCommerce > Google Sheets automation that is working, however the sheet is capturing orders from other products where it should only be capturing orders from a single products. This particular product had to be set up using "grouped products" in order to accommodate our client's conditions. I set the Pabbly filter to check whether any of the 4 grouped products (ID) existed in the order, however it doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if there is another way to set up the filter for this unique product. Thanks!

Here is the product: https://www.ontrackschool.com/product/virtual-summer-camp-for-k-8-students/

Hey @ec_206

To process specific orders, type the product ID in the Value field manually. If you want to include other products, click the + button to add an OR condition. Map the Label Field again and enter the product ID in the Value field.

Could you clarify what you mean by "recapture the webhook response once in the advance format by toggling the Simple Response button"? Are you referring to changing the format of the webhook response to an advanced format from a simple format by toggling a button?

Thanks @Supreme. We're just using the "simple response". For some reason the response isn't capturing the main product ID which seems strange. It is capturing the 4 add on products so adjusted the filters from "exists" to "contains" and manually added in the ID's of those products.

I'm not familiar with the "Advanced response". Is there documentation on that?
