hello, any way to get the previous value before updating

Example :
when ordred updated (Price changes)
any way to get old and new price in the

name changes
before and after

sku changes
before and after

and so on
just give me the point

any way to get the previous value before updating

WooCommerce do not send the previous value of the product or order in the API response of trigger and action event.
