Woocommerce to Telegram Interval

Is there a way to control the update from Woocommerce to Telegram? If i send a test it updates right away but if It is a new order creation from the site the last order came in 25 mins after the order was placed.. is there a way to make the update or checking have a shorter interval? 25 mins is too long..
