It did not help.

In the error message there are two main messages conveyed by the HTML code:

1. Error message: The first message is an error message indicating that the user does not have permission to access the requested document. This is conveyed through the title of the page ("403 Forbidden"), the heading ("Server Error"), and the paragraph below the heading ("You do not have permission to access this document").
2. Action options: The second message provides the user with some suggested actions they can take in response to the error. These options are presented in a section of the page labeled "That's what you can do" and include the following three links:

• "Reload Page" link: This link reloads the current page when clicked.
• "Back to Previous Page" link: This link takes the user back to the previous page they were on before encountering the error.
• "Home Page" link: This link takes the user to the website's home page.

I don't have www in the URL. Would that be a reason?

Solved!

I used WP Webhooks plugin.

I had to use API action on Pabbly and send a post request.
