Hello, how do you handle workflows backups? And how to recover a created backup?

We don't create automatic backups for your workflows, but we do have a Trash folder that you can use to restore your previously deleted workflows.

Do files in the trash folder have an expiration date for complete deletion?

No, there is no expiration time to delete the existing workflows in the Trash folder.
