I have had Pabbly connected now for several months and to date I have not easily been able to add a flow. Even when i follow videos I am finding the options in Pabbly have changed so difficult to follow. Or when I click and app and link it then put in info it responds with errors. I thought this was supposed to be so easy as No Code. Well that is not my experience. Why can you not have an AI bot within the system where we can ask for assistance with flows, trigger points and the conditions. I have been trying with the AI in Shopify for days now - to create a workflow with Shopify and Pabbly where every week it will check all my products and look first for two tags of either Has Sales or No Sales. Then if it has sales it will ignore those and look at the ones that have the tag no sales or no tag. On those it will look back over the last week to check for sales. If there are none with either add the tag No Sales if not there, and if it is there it will ignore and move on. IF it finds one that now has a sale then it will check the tags and if there are none it will add Has Sales and if it has the No Sales tag it will amend it to Has Sales.

This flow Is to enable me to monitor active sales and then run promotions to push non performing product. I will then create another flow that will monitor product each quarter and then at month 9 if there have never been sales it will delete the product and email me. If it has had sales in the past but nothing last 6 months it will archive it and email me. I really need to this plan product changes, marketing etc.

PLEASE add an AI Bot function within the dashboard that will understand all the Pabbly logic and be able to better provide info. The Shopify AI is great and gives clear advice, but as it does not know what options are available in the trigger, action and conditions stage it is a really long process to work with. I am quite frustrated and using this forum is not the best way for resolving issues quickly. I think Pabbly is great and the opportunities are amazing, When i can get them working.

You can use Scheduler by pabbly connect in which you can schedule "Every week", and after that in next step you can use Shopify's get all product Action "With simple response turn off" that will give you array to process the data in iterator and after that use filter with your condition. Pabbly needs to update their actions and Apps according to Api doc that's why you can see changes in app.

Thanks - The logic is not the issue it is when i get into the flow at times it is hard to get the process working for the flow. I will see how I get on and maybe reach out for the zoom invite

This returns everything in one huge list of all possible variables for each product. It is divided line by line, But now I have added an iterator as per AI which is asking me to choose Data Products Edges. I have chosen Iterator with the only choice process arrays. I have connected, but there are no options to choose in the Choose Arrays drop down. I add Data Products Edges and hit save and sent test report - but the info I added does not stay and it returns an error

Because you are not getting an array that's why you are getting this response.
 
Now that i switched off the Simple Response it has returned all the information in one line and after the Iterator part works. This provides a whole list of data - so my next stage would be to set up processes to check for tags and sales and then update or add as required.? I wont need all the product returned results

After the Iterator step, you can add a Filter step, which will ensure that the next step is executed only for those products that have a 'No Sale' tag or no tag at all.

On those it will look back over the last week to check for sales.
Currently, we don't have an action event in Shopify that can check the quantity of products sold over a set period. Could you please specify which endpoint in Shopify you are looking to use to get this information?
