Hi,

I set up a workflow, which does not work (the trigger happen, not the action)

More specifically: two clients bought the upsell item some days ago, but Pabbly does not update the Excel file as requested (only the first purchase), with no error and mention in the history list.

How can I fix this?

Upon reviewing the workflow you shared, we found that it has not captured any webhook response yet, and hence the workflow is not set up properly. It is still waiting for a response status.

Please capture a test response by retrying the connection configuration process, and then set up the workflow again.

Also, we noticed that no history is showing for this workflow because no data has been captured yet.
Kindly re-establish the webhook and connection, try again, and let us know the results.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to do a test (please keep in mind that it is an upsell purchase).

Please disable this workflow, create a new workflow, and set up ThriveCart as your trigger step by following the steps shown in the video below. Make sure to establish a new connection with your ThriveCart account while setting up the trigger.
