Workflow is being run more then necessary.

Hello guys,

I am running a trigger on chatbotbuilder to run a workflow in pabbly. The issue that I am having is that, pabbly is running this workflow 3 times in a row, at the same time. I want it to run just once. Could you guys help find a solution for this? This is a reference photo: (https://prnt.sc/tlyQJqMjQtzS).

Yes, you may have clicked on the button Save and Send Test request and then you have clicked on the Yes button three times. That's the reason it is sending duplicate data multiple times.

Also, try to click on the Save and Send test request button only once, and to get the data from the trigger application you can click on the Re-capture webhook response button.

You can clone the workflow and configure the trigger event once and that will do the work.

Make sure to turn off the old workflow, so that it will interact with your new one.
