Workflow just stopped working - what has happened?

Hi,
I have started entering product into my website approx 45 minutes ago and got a couple items entered.
I then entered two more and noticed they had not appeared on my Instagram or Facebook.
They alsodo not appear in the History.
I did not make any changes or turn off the Pabbly Workflow.
What happened?
Please help urgently.

I see in Tasks Remaining I have 11636 but then in Settings > Tasks Remaining > 0
Is this causing it?

A hash code that we implemented yesterday triggered this issue. Although we test each code before we deploy the code in production. But it seems this was an oversight that we didn't expect to happen. We made this new deployment at around 3:43 pm India time. After we received the complaints from the users.

We reverted the deployment back at around 5:01 pm India time. Any webhooks that were sent on the webhook URL will be missed because of this issue.
