workflow not working/freezing up

the workflow says it was successful but it was not fully. when I try to click through the workflow the whole screen darkens and freezes and same thing happens in the TASK HISTORY

As we can see from your workflow and the history Log your steps are getting open clearly. So, kindly clear out your browser's cache memory and try again.

I cleared out my browser's cache memory and tried again but it's still the same and not working for me.

I even restated my computer and still not working with the workflow freezing.
