Workflow processing

We have Calendly based automation workflows with multiple steps say 12 steps. A client(X) made an appointment via Calendly and the workflow started doing its work. The workflow is in the 8 step of execution. At that time another client(Y) booked an appointment via same calendly link and now the workflow has to start its process. In this case what Pabbly will do? Will it stop the first input from client X at step 8 and jump to client Y's input for step 1?

why am I asking is many times the workflow execution is incomplete or does not even execute or executes multiple times? These are the difficulties we are facing with Pabbly connect. Though the price is lesser for subscriptions the work accuracy level is lower. Could you please help with solving?

Each execution is separate from each other. It will execute both bookings simultaneously.

It will perfectly fine for both bookings even though they are done at exact same time or 2nd booking is done when 1st execution is still in 8th step.

No need to worry.

@Fagun Shah thank you for replying. But few steps are missed to be executed. Why? This does not happen every time but few times in a day. Per day we receive around 100 to 120 appointments and out of which at least 20 are missed.

Could you please provide the URL of the workflow where you encountered this issue, so we can investigate further?

@Supreme sorry, I have deleted those workflows and have started building the workflow from scratch.
