Workflow step not executed.

Hello,

A step of a workflow did not run and I can't find the reason.
I received an email stating that the reason was as follows:

We have checked the scenario and found that you are pressing Enter key after the first line and it is causing the issue. Kindly make sure to not to press the enter key and enter all the text.
