Workflow ThriveCart to New Zenler not enrolling students in course

Hello,
I have a workflow set up as seen here that is not auto enrolling students into the course they purchased through ThriveCart. It seems to have enrolled some but is not consistently enrolling all signups. Can you advise on the solution? BTW this is an ongoing issue for me with ThriveCart to New Zenler enrollments and I really don't understand the process so please explain very simply and with pictures or a relevant video as the videos you have do not look the same as my current setup. Thank you

Could you kindly verify in your WordPress/Zenler account whether the intended user is already present?

If the user is not found in your account, please initiate the "Add New User" action step before proceeding to enroll the user in the course.

Hello, thank you. I did add new user but it didn't enroll in course. It also says on the step for enrolling in course that if the email address doesn't exist, Pabbly will create a new user first and then will enroll the user to the course. See image below
