Workflow with Facebook Lead Ads, ClickSend, Gmail and Google Sheets only works in test

Hi there!
Please help me, I've watched several videos of yours, but didn't get any solution from that:

I've created a workflow: Facebook Lead Ads = trigger, then I and my client shall get a SMS via Clicksend with the data of the new leads, then an email should be sent via GMAIL to the leads, then the lead data should go to a google sheet.

In the testing scenario, everything worked perfectly, I got a SMS, there was an email sent and a new row added in Google Sheets.

But when a real lead comes in thru Facebook, I only get a empty SMS (die mapped data don't come, e.g. the name and the phone number of the lead), and there's no mail sent and no row added.

What can I do? I don't see any errors, since in the test scenario, it's always working (with my test/dummy data). How can I possibly fix this? I also tried to change the order of the tasks: first mail, then SMS, then row in sheetsa. Please help me.

Hello @Himmelroth Marketing,

Please try using "Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant (Beta)" as the trigger instead of "Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant" and let us know if it resolves the issue.

I did try using the Beta version, but it still doesn't work. Still, it is working when I send a test lead through the Facebook testing tool. But in real life, there's only sent an empty SMS (without the data of the lead: name, phone number), the google sheet stays empty and also the mail through gmail is not sent. Do you have any other idea please?

here's a screenshot of the ClickSend step: I keep getting SMS, but only without the data of the leads (name and phone number), you can see I did map the data, but it never comes through.

here's the protocol of Clicksend: in the test, in the data message 0 Body everything is ok, there's a text and there's 2 sets of data (name and number). why does it only work in the testing scenario?

Thank you for the update. We recommend waiting for the actual leads to appear. However, if these leads are still not captured in the workflow history, please provide us with the lead creation time and details. We’ll investigate the issue further.
