As per your application my message was sent but has not been delivered recipient . kindly solved my problem asap.

As we can see from your workflow, you are not passing the valid Image file as mentioned in the field type.
The Image must be publicly accessible and should have the .png and .jpg extensions on it.
Kindly try again with the correct file URL.
Further, you can refer to the following video tutorial on how you can send the image file through Cloud API.

plain test msg also has the same response and TASKS ALLOTTED consume .you provide a fake sending report.

Could you please share the name of the workflow in which you are using the action step so that we can look into it and guide you accordingly?
Further, the response that you are getting in the "Response Received" is a response sent to the Cloud API server. We do not manipulate the incoming response of the API.
