Wrong workflow is firing

hi, my workflow get's weird, this workflow https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/sendwebhookdata/IjU3NjYwNTY5MDYzZTA0MzY1MjZkNTUzMDUxMzIi_pc sends SMS when someone buy from my WooCommerce checkout. However the workflow that send SMS when someone buys from WooCommerce is from this workflow, https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/sendwebhookdata/IjU3NjUwNTZkMDYzMDA0MzE1MjZjNTUzYzUxM2Ei_pc and if you notice I turned that workflow off but it still firing. Please help me fix this thank you.

yes it triggered but the problem is the SMS delivered is from the 2nd workflow which is the "POTB Orders" and note that this workflow https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/sendwebhookdata/IjU3NjUwNTZkMDYzMDA0MzE1MjZjNTUzYzUxM2Ei_pc is turned off and why the SMS for this workflow is still sending?

can you confirm also this Webhook https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/sendwebhookdata/IjU3NjUwNTZjMDYzNDA0Mzc1MjY0NTUzMjUxMzYi_pc which account this belong as I have not seen this into our account. Because it is installed to our funnel, maybe this has to do with this issue.
