XLM Support

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to send an email in XML format to our client's CRM. We tried it using pabbly connect's email feature but it doesn't work.

Is there another way to make this work? We really need this feature as most of our clients require us to send the email data to their CRM in XML format.

Please let us know to which CRM application you want to send the XML.

We're not sure what CRM application our clients are using but in zapier we send the leads to their CRM via email.

If for example, they are using a Zoho CRM. Is it possible to send an xml email to it?

We are currently not supporting XML on email by the Pabbly applications. So you cannot pass content in XML to another application.

Being said that, we will try to support XML in emails in near future very soon.

It'll take some time. As it requires extensive testing and compatibility checks before deploying any new version in an existing integration, we are unable to offer you an ETA. As stated before, once we begin supporting, you will be contacted.
