Twitter is not available as trigger.
It seems like it has been changed because, in a tutorial from 2023 that I found on YouTube, Twitter shows up as a trigger response.

Initially, we used to have triggers in the Twitter app. Recently Twitter has updated its API policy and we will see if we can accommodate supporting triggers as well or not.
As of now, the Twitter integration only supports action events only - https://www.pabbly.com/connect/integrations/twitter-2
