Hi, I’ve set up an an email parser workflow which relies on a Microsoft 365 email account to forward the email onto Pabbly Connect. When I manually forward the email to the workflow’s @pcmailhook.com address, the workflow works fine.

However, when I setup the Microsoft 365 email account to automatically forward emails through to that address, it gets a response “Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.” and the workflow does not run as a result.

What am I doing wrong?

Hey @Franco

It seems like you haven't configured the PC mail hook in your email account correctly and because of that, you might getting issues.

Kindly refer to the following video for a better understanding.

Thanks but this did not solve the question? PS I’ve already watched this video when learning to use the parser.

At 14:44 its says to have the email software to automatically forward the email to the workflow’s mail hook address. This is what I’ve already done with the Microsoft 365 account, and the result is the error message being returned as per my initial post.

So again, why would I be getting this error message?

Hey, don’t worry about this I worked it out. It isn’t Pabbly Connect causing this issue, rather, it‘s Microsoft 365.

In a nutshell Microsoft 365 has rule in place to prevent the automatic fowarding of outbound emails which is caused by their internal spam filter. As a result, it stops emails from being automatically forwarded and returns the above mentioned error message instead.
