I am attempting to add "Update Ticket" in Zendesk as a task following a routing shift. When I go to map the items to update in the ticket, it does not present all of the custom fields we have in a ticket so that they can be updated.
As an example, we have a "Camera Status" custom field that details if a camera is online or offline. We want a ticket to update if a webhook is received detailing that a status changed.
The custom fields DO come through to Pabbly for a new ticket creation, just not an updated ticket.
Can you assist with what might be wrong here?
