Zoho CRM Update Lead Module not updating the lead status with Lead Metadata

Hello Guys,

We tried updating the lead status via pabbly but it shows an image where Pablby suggests using Lead Metadata for getting the list of all available status. I added the display name of the status and clicked on Save and Send test request but it did not change the status of the lead in Zoho.

Kindly try the "Zoho CRM: Insert Record" action step for your concern, which will redirect the dropdown fields for you and fetch the custom fields as well.

Please let us know if that works for you.

This inserts a new record whereas I want to update the existing lead with a new status. I tested it but didn't work out. Thanks for your response though.

Test Result: Now there exists two duplicate leads.

@Supreme I believe what works and what you wanted to suggest was "Update Record" module and not "Insert Record" module in this case as I just tested the Update Record and it works like a charm.

Correction - You can use the "Zoho CRM - Update Record" action step to update the leads in the Zoho CRM.
