Zoho Shipments / status

Hi
Would it be great if we could send the shipment status of the Zoho Sales Order to the customer using our brand Whatsapp number?
Moreover, the shipping aggregators charge 200% for a single message compared to the Whatsapp Business Manager.
Hoping to see this feature soon. As of now with Zoho books, the trigger events are new invoices, new quotes, and payments received. Shipping/update status triggers are missing.

Currently, Zoho Books supports triggers for new invoices, new quotes, and payments received, but shipping status updates are not available.
