Customer is not created automatically

From the customer tab in Pabbly Subscriptions: "If the purchase happens through the checkout page, the customer will be added automatically."

Only two customers were added to the customer tab after purchasing a product through the checkout page. No other customers were added and it won't let me add them manually due to the email already in the system. How can this be fixed?

On investigating at our end. We have noticed that customers are being automatically created in your account. Each customer's email address remains unique, preventing the addition of another customer with the same email address. When a customer makes a purchase, a subscription is created for each new purchase from the checkout page. Thus a customer remains unique and can have multiple subscription.
