Hello Pabbly Community,

I'm writing to ask for help with an issue I'm facing with the VideoAsk integration in Pabbly Connect.

I'm trying to set up a workflow that triggers on a new VideoAsk response, and I've noticed something strange:

  1. When I use the standard "New Response" trigger, Pabbly Connect correctly finds and displays all of my forms from VideoAsk.
  2. However, when I try to select the specific "New Response (with transcription)" trigger, the list of forms is completely empty, as if none exist.
In my quizzes, I allow users to respond with audio and video, not just text. For this reason, it's essential for me to use the "with transcription" trigger so that I can receive and use the transcribed text from these responses.

Has anyone else encountered this same problem or know how I might be able to fix it? Is there perhaps a special setting I need to enable in VideoAsk, or a step I'm missing, that would allow the forms to appear for this specific trigger?

Upon investigating, our team has noticed that there is some issue with the connection. We recommend trying to create a new connection and then try using the trigger to check if the forms are visible under it or not.

i've just tried to make 2 new connections but the problem is still the same.
