LinkedIn Leadgen Form - New Update - Not Working

Well... I tried both -- edit existing workflow and create a new workflow -- same result. It's stuck at waiting for the form submission.

Also, how do I choose which form to use? In the earlier workflow, there was a form dropdown. I don't see that in the new workflow. I use multiple forms and want to process each form submit differently.
Exactly, the option to select forms desappeared. Zapier and Make allow to select which form we want to use. So, Pabbly should allow us too.

Could you please share the workflow where you're unable to select the forms?

Usually, the forms don't populate due to a connection issue with the correct connection. They should render properly.

Hi Preeti, thank you for your reply.

Here it is:

Currently, Pabbly has removed the option to select forms, which complicates the process of creating filters and managing automation. Additionally, the delay in receiving data from LinkedIn has increased significantly; what used to be immediate now takes so much longer that we begin to suspect there might be an issue with the connection between LinkedIn and Pabbly. Furthermore, it appears that the data being sent from Pabbly to my CRM, ClientJoy, is incorrect. Pabbly displays an error in the automation, indicating that ClientJoy is reporting incorrect email and phone details. I suspect this is an issue with Pabbly itself. When I map the fields and send a test manually, the data is transmitted correctly, but when the automation runs independently, we encounter an error.

I hope your can help me.

Hello @Marcelo BAcchi,

Thank you for sharing the details and the workflow link.

Regarding the LinkedIn form selection issue, we have already escalated this to our team. Please allow us some time to review it, and we will update you as soon as we have more information.

As for the delay in receiving data from LinkedIn, could you please share the workflow URL along with the specific task history where this delay is noticeable? That would help us verify if the data is indeed being received later than expected.

Lastly, regarding the ClientJoy issue, the workflow you’ve shared currently does not contain any task history, which limits our ability to investigate the error you're referring to. If possible, kindly share a workflow where the automation run shows an error in the task history but works fine when triggered manually using the Save and Send Test Request Button. This will allow us to assist you more accurately.

Looking forward to your response so we can help you resolve these concerns efficiently.

Hi Preeti,

Thank you for your response. I have received data from LinkedIn in my automation; however, we are facing some issues. ClientJoy has rejected the data as it appears to be incorrect, even when I send it via the API. Although I have mapped the fields correctly and confirmed that the data sent manually in the step stage is accurate, the data sent to ClientJoy and the API is indeed correct. The problem arises when the automation sends the data on its own, as both ClientJoy and the API indicate that the data is incorrect. I will attach screenshots for your reference.
Since Pabbly updated LI, I have these issues I mentioned.

You can access the automation which has history now here:
I look forward to hearing from you soon..

Hello @Marcelo BAcchi,

Thank you for sharing the broker details.

Upon reviewing the data, it appears that the response received from LinkedIn is being shuffled, which is likely causing the issue. To help resolve this, we recommend capturing the response in Advanced Response mode. You can do this by turning off the Simple Response toggle and then recapturing a lead.

Once you’ve done that, please inform us so we can proceed with adjusting the workflow accordingly.

Additionally, in order to assist you in editing the workflow and ensuring the data is mapped correctly, we would require access to your Pabbly Connect account. Kindly grant us permission by stating the following in your next reply:

"You can access my Pabbly Connect account and make changes if required."

We’ll then proceed to assist you further.
