Hello,

We bought the new unlimited pabbly connect plan and then turned off the renewal on the other plan that had a limit of tasks. I still see a task limit and it looks like it only went up by 100K. I just wanted to make sure we were fine as I was planning on running over 100K tasks through there and didn't want to get any error messages saying we were out of tasks. Thanks

The Unlimited Task plan provides 1,00,000 credits initially. As your tasks get exhausted, you can reach out to us and we will manually reset the limit for you.
My account doesn't show that. It only shows 100K, not a million. Can you please look into that for me? If you mistyped that and put an extra comma and it's only 100K, that really needs to be higher. We were paying for more than 100K tasks before and can't have our workflows just stop once we hit 100K. Can you please make that limit higher, otherwise it doesn't make sense to call it unlimited. This is supposed to be automation software and it doesn't make any sense at all to have to reach out to you every time we reach 100K tasks.

Your account is set with an initial limit of 100,000 tasks, which we manually reset once reached. This safeguard prevents system abuse or infinite loops. A self-service reset option will be introduced soon.

Ok, this is going to make us have to cancel our subscription unfortunately. We were paying more before to have over 100K tasks and didn't have this problem. It makes zero sense that you release a new unlimited plan that makes us have to submit a support ticket to get additional tasks. When will the self service link be available? I mean that is better, but is still now more manual things than we had to do before. To avoid doing this, I need to buy more subscriptions from you just to get around this issue. We don't know when we will hit the 100K task limit exactly. It could be at 2 in the morning...and then all of our workflows are going to fail and not work and we will have to sort that all out which seems like a huge pain and not worth it at all.

To avoid manually sending task reset requests, you can set up a simple workflow with Pabbly Connect Manager as your trigger step. You can configure this workflow to trigger once a certain percentage of your 100K tasks are consumed. For example, if you set it to trigger at 70%, Pabbly Connect Manager will trigger the workflow once 70K tasks are consumed.

As step 2 of the workflow, you can add Gmail to send an email to [email protected]. This way, as soon as 70K tasks are consumed, we will automatically receive an email requesting a task reset, and we will reset the tasks on your behalf.

This way, you don’t have to worry about sending the task reset emails manually
