Not getting "verification" email from Pabbly

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

Hi! I recently had to purchase a second license for Pabbly for an organization I'm working with and we got the emailed receipt for the purchase, but the email confirmation for the account creation is not coming through. How can I possibly get past this step if the emails are not coming through? I've requested the email to be resent at least 10 times today, but none of the emails are coming through.

Thanks for reaching out. This is the problem that I'm having - the system keeps saying that it resent the verification email to complete the signup process, but it never arrives.

I can share the email address privately - I don't want to do it publicly here for privacy reasons.
