Google Contact Groups (i.e. Labels)

I watched the following two videos:
1. Sync Google Sheets to Google Contacts (using Router for New or Existing Contact):
2. How to Add Google Contacts in Group from Google Sheets:

Situation:
a. I have a single Google Sheet with Contact Information and a Column for "Google Label"
b. The "Google Label" column has four choices (Associate, Member, Guest, Client)
c. I successfully set up Google Sheets to Google Contacts (using video 1)
d. The Router function is working properly (using video 1)

Question:
1. Can I add an Action the end of "Router -- Contact Does Not Exist" to add the new contact its appropriate Label
2. As stated above, the contact will have one of four Google Labels (Associate, Member, Guest, Client)
3. There is a column in Google Sheets with the correct Label

Hello @VFW 4893

Yes, you can surely do that. You can use "Custom Fields" keys and value fields.

You can use the Label name and map it in these fields.

Let us know if it works for you.

Hi all, on the same topic/conversation,
I am syncing my Google Contacts automatically with GoHighLevel (Workflow is to add/update a new contact in GHL), can the Google contact "Labels" or "Group" be automatically moved mapped so when a new contact's "Contact Type" in GHL be the same as what I have in Google Contacts?

We couldn’t find any Contact Type field in your LeadConnector V2: Create or Update a Contact action step. Could you please share a screenshot showing this field in your GHL account?

Hello Arshil,
Please see attached - "Contact Type" is a default field under Contacts in GHL
- STANDARD_FIELD
- {{ contact.type }}

Hello @houtan,

Thanks for sharing the details. However, please note that it seems the GoHighLevel API does not allow specifying/updating the Contact Type via API while creating or updating a contact.

As per the API documentation, this field is not available as an input parameter in the Create/Update Contact endpoint, hence it is not possible to pass the Contact Type from Pabbly at the moment:
