To help us verify this accurately, could you please share the details of the specific records that were generated during the downtime?

Kindly include any unique identifiers (such as lead email, phone number, timestamp, or other relevant details) so that we can check the task history and confirm whether those records were captured in the workflow executions.

Once we have these details, we will review the task history and update you accordingly.
 
I request you to check the records generated during the downtime....it would be great if done from your side,

please understand that if your software was down, you should be responsible to fix and trigger the webhooks affected during the downtime.

it would be difficult for me to find records as so many leads would have registered during downtime
We understand that. We just need one or two email addresses of the leads that didn’t trigger the workflow, along with the exact time they were captured, so we can check them in the Task History. Rest assured that any queued webhooks will be sent.
