How can I capture that from two different steps on the same funnel?

I have a funnel with three steps. The first step has the Lead form, and after the form fills the user redirects to the second step with more questions, I need to forward all the information under one email. Please, advise on how I can achieve this.

Thanks for the reply; my issue is not duplicate entries but capturing data from the two-step funnel.

I need to capture the name and email from the first step of the funnel; users redirect to the second step on the same funnel, where I must catch a few questions/answers. Any advice, please?
