Dear Support,

We are trying to run a workflow that insert 4 photos into a doc into specific location.

1. The Workflow keep breaking whenever we no matter what we do i.e change the process name, run a process especially getting the Document details.

2. The workflow name is V4 Create Portfolio
The google doc template that we need to insert the photos to: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YPkwnjqVV9tRf9pfGzfsO8moduEFgKjiZNp205JOY_U/edit?usp=sharing

3. We also found that every time we insert 1 photo or update a content, we need to check the documents details again to get the specific location for the next insertion?
As such, we will the support team to resolve this breaking (as seen in the video) as soon as viable! We can proceed with the work required!

4. We have cleared the browser cachec, running only ONE chrome browser when working on this workflow.

kindly break your workflow into two parts and with the help of the Data Forwarder action step you can forward your data into another workflow.

CAn you advise which function should i break up into? If you look into the workflow, i have actually fine tune as much as possible. YOu may also advise which part is actually taking up a look of resources so that we can plan accordingly?

Hi Support, are you able to run through the workflow and see what is missing? Even a simple Google Sheet Search ID can break the trial run.

In place of the Router action step, kindly use the Data Forwarder action step to process the second part of the workflow.

Hi thanks. I have break the parts into smaller ones.
Route will take up more memory space compared to Data Forwarder?

I don't think so, it will divide the workflow into two where nested routes' action steps can be opened quickly.
