What if I added one more data formatter to change the meeting start date and time format to something more readable by the message receiver?

If your workflow consists of only these three steps:

1. Google Calendar as the trigger application
2. Date/Time Formatter
3. Twilio as the action application

This entire workflow will consume 1 task per execution, as the trigger and Date/Time Formatter are free tasks.
