[Hubspot] New form submission trigger with free plan

Hi there, I'm planning on switching from Zapier to Pabbly Connect, but I found that in order to user the trigger New Form Submission in Hubspot, you need to have a paid plan; this is not the case with Zapier.

Any way around it?

Any idea why the paid Hubspot account is not needed to make the same task in Zapier?
