Work Flow not working

i tried setting up facebook lead to chat api, i work flow i added facebook
lead in the first level afterward i added two flows of chat api, i tested it and it worked but when i tried to submit lead i got no msg on my whatsapp, please arrange a call for me asap as my chat api subscription is about to explain and i have to take decision during this free trail.

Could you please confirm the Workflow is turned ON or OFF? Also, check your workflow history and as the Facebook Lead Ads respond after 10 min of interval, please check the results in every 10 mins.
