There was a problem in the JSON you submitted: 809: unexpected token

Thanks. I managed to solve the "double quotes" problem. Then I ran into a new challenge! I have spent too much time trying to make things work, to the point it no longer makes sense. Before I throw in the towel, may I know if you offer help with setting up workflow? Else I'll just go back to...

There was a problem in the JSON you submitted: 809: unexpected token

Thank you for removing the quotes for me. I had to modify the flow to add in router step, then I had to create the RepairShopr step again and the same problem came back. I looked everywhere but couldn't find any double quotes. Maybe it will help if you can show me a screenshot so I know where to...

I wasn't sure if I understood you correctly, but as I tested the flow again and it worked. I couldn't find any double quotes in there, or did you remove them for me already? But thanks anyway 😀

There was a problem in the JSON you submitted: 809: unexpected token

I'm seriously considering getting the lifetime plan. But before I do, I wanted to make sure it will serve what I needed, so I set up an actual workflow that I'm currently using Zapier for. While I tested the step I ran into this error (see attached). I'm not sure how should I troubleshoot this?

    Telegram URL button

Telegram has this feature that allows us to append URL/callback button at the end of the message. Wondering if this can be done and how to set up on Pabbly? See https://core.telegram.org/bots/2-0-intro#url-buttons

"full stop" character in data causes error

Thank you so much for the help! Especially the workflow! I fully understand how it works now. But will you consider improving this part of the feature? I have used Zapier for many years and I didn't have to put up with such troubles to set up zaps. What have they done differently? Would be good...

"full stop" character in data causes error

Thank you Neeraj for the quick reply. I was happy to learn that I could use the text formatter step to escape the dots, the I realized I was supposed to escape many other symbols too! Does it mean I need to create a dozen of text formatter just so I can make this work? This doesn't sound much...

"full stop" character in data causes error

I'm trying to create a workflow to send new WordPress posts to Telegram. Most of my post titles contain the "." (full stop) character, and because of this, I'm getting the error that says: Problem is, how am I suppose to escape the character? I can't possibly add "\" to the post title or it...
