    Thank you for your reply, however, step 2 'create or update a contact' deletes all of the users existing tags if they exist, which is the crux of this thread. 'Add tags' avoids this, but am seeing if there is a way for step 2 to happen ONLY if the contact does not exist-- unless I misunderstand...

    HighLevel Update Contact Tag Issue

    Hi all, I have found an issue with this - there doesn't seem to be an option to parse ALL the tags in GHL, only however many the test user has. So for example, I 'search user' - the next step adds the 'tag 0, tag1' from the original search, plus the new tags If a user has more than 2 tags...

    Leadconnector v2, add tag / create contact question

    Hi there, I need to "add a tag" which works OK with 'search contact' -- 'add tag' However, if the person is NOT already in the system, I will need to do 'create contact' -- is there any kind of conditional way to do this? I can't use "create or update contact" because that REPLACES all tags...
