Could you please confirm whether the page you are trying to access is owned by you? When using instant triggers, ensure that you are only working with pages you own, as attempting to access non-owned pages may result in errors.
Additionally, please verify that the Pabbly Connect app is correctly installed in both Facebook and Meta Suite for the specific page you are trying to access.

The Facebook page is not owned by me; it's one of my clients. She gave me direct access to their Facebook ad account rather than the Facebook business portfolio; she didn't have to. Also, I also created one more workflow with the same ad account and don't own access, and it's working.

You seem to be using the connection 'Facebook Lead Ads #2' in the workflow (https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjYwNTZlMDYzZjA0Mzc1MjY5NTUzNzUxMzYi_pc), which is functioning correctly.
Try using the same connection in this workflow (
https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjYwNTY5MDYzNjA0MzA1MjZhNTUzNDUxM2Ei_pc) as well instead of 'Facebook Lead Ads #5', then set up Facebook Lead Ads as your trigger step and see if that fixes your issue.
