Why when cloning an old project the fields are changed?

Why when cloning an old project, the fields are changed, even though before, I just needed to clone and did not need to reselect the fields.

Hello @stevenphan,

This issue could be due to changes in the previous action steps or modifications in the response fields. However, you can simply click on the Save and Send Test Request button and remap the fields. Please try this and let us know if the mapping works fine.

Even though save and test it still doesn't work. have to remove that field and re-enter it. so it will take time to update.

Check the error message again and see the screenshot again, it says that Formula has Invalid Data because there red colored mapping in the field.

@stevenphan, please ensure that the mapping under the Number Formatter step is correct. However, if the issue persists even after cloning the workflow, kindly let us know so we can assist you further.

So you need to re-map those missing mappings,. otherwise it won't work.
So all workflows when copying have to remap the fields. But before when copying it was still normal without having to remap. Is there any change in the new update? If it has to be remapped after copying, it will obviously take a lot of time.

This issue has already been escalated to our technical team. However, as a temporary workaround, you can simply copy and paste the action and then delete the previous one. We will keep you updated as soon as the issue is resolved.

Our team has made some updates regarding the issue of workflows not getting properly cloned. Please try saving any paid action step in your workflow—this should prevent the mapping from getting disturbed when cloning a workflow.

The problem has been solved, thank you very much. But I would like to ask, is there any way to fix this problem, although it still works, it always fails the first time the process is run. Is there any way to fix it from the beginning? Is it because of GMB API?
