Customer Name not changing Dynamically

Hi,
I'm trying to connect Shopify with Zoho books and I followed all the steps from Youtube, I am facing one issue. The Customer name remains same for all orders. I have gave the contact ID correctly. Kindly support

) But for every new order by new customer, the customer name isnt changing. Its showing the same name for all new orders in zoho book. Kindly support

In the Customer field, you need to enable mapping and map the 'Contact ID' from above. We've made the necessary changes on your behalf for now.
