Google Business Profile (GBP) Replies Not Posting

Hi, although my workflows show that all triggers and actions executed successfully, the AI replies to GBP reviews are not posting.

Why are the replies not posting in the Google Business Profile?

We would like to inform you that over the past few days, a few other users have reported a similar issue. Although the API response in Pabbly Connect reflects a successful execution, there appears to be a delay on Google’s end in reflecting the review replies on the Google Business Profile.

In most cases, the replies become visible after some time. We recommend monitoring your profile for a while to see if the reply appears.

Hi Preeti, what is 'some time'? I just checked again and the replies to the reviews have STILL not been posted. It's more than 48 hours now.

Could you please share the public URL of your Google Reviews page? This will help us check and investigate the issue more accurately.

Upon checking, we noticed that a static review was selected in the Create Reply step. We have now mapped the dynamic review ID coming from the trigger, which should resolve the issue. The reviews should now receive replies correctly. Please refer to the attached image for more details.

Additionally, we observed that you are using a delay step within a router. Please note that the combination of routers and delays can sometimes malfunction, as this is a known limitation currently under review by our team.

If the delay is not essential to your workflow, we recommend removing it to ensure smoother execution.
