Review reply workflow task status success but the replay not showing Google Business Profile

Hello Pabbly Support Team,


I'm facing an issue with one of my workflows in Pabbly Connect. The workflow is designed to automatically reply to customer reviews on my Google Business Profile. While the step that sends the review reply shows a "success" status in the Pabbly execution log, the actual reply is not visible on my Google Business Profile.

Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that over the past few days, a few other users have reported a similar issue. Although the API response in Pabbly Connect reflects a successful execution, there appears to be a delay on Google’s end in reflecting the review replies on the Google Business Profile.

In most cases, the replies become visible after some time. We recommend monitoring your profile for a while to see if the reply appears.

Additionally, we noticed that you're currently using the "Create Reply (Legacy)" action. While this version is still functioning, we recommend switching to the newer version of the action for improved reliability

Hello @Anaswara,

As per the task history, it appears that the review has been submitted. However, the delay seems to be from Google My Business's end. We recommend reaching out to Google Support or the Google Community to better understand the cause of the delay.
