FLOWS not triggering

Hi Team,

Let me explain the scenario.

There are 2 FLOWS.

FLOW1 is triggered when user types the keyword "learn"

FLOW2 is triggered when user types the keyword "investing"
If user types a sentence like "I want to learn investing", then none of the flows is triggered. Both keywords appear in the same sentence.

How to solve this problem?

Hi Preethi, As the flows were not working, I have removed them and handling in an alternate way. But this is a bug and needs to be addressed. My FLOWS and AI assistant are already live. Hence I do not keep the ones that didnt work. It is easy to reproduce this in the test environment.

Sure. Looking forward to this. It would be great if flows can have some hierarchy or priority. I dont know how it works. But more clarity on this would certainly help. Thankyou for your prompt response as always.
