Hi Team,
I’m planning to set up an automated workflow to streamline webinar reminders and attendee invitations using the following tools:
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Sheets
  • Pabbly Connect
  • Flodesk
Here’s what I’m aiming to achieve:
  1. Automatically add webinar participants to a Google Sheet
  2. Use Pabbly Connect to create a Google Calendar event and invite each participant
  3. Trigger Flodesk email automation based on the Google Calendar event for timely reminders
  4. Ensure each attendee receives a customized Google Calendar invitation email (similar to the attached example)
I would really appreciate it if you could provide a step-by-step guide to help build this workflow. Alternatively, if there are any video tutorials or resources available, please share those as well.

We are assuming the webinars are from Zoom. Please follow the steps shown in the video shared below to set up Zoom as your trigger application. At the 2:41-minute mark in the video, it shows how to choose an Event Type. For your use case, you will need to select an event from the Webinar list. (It will likely be webinar.registration_created)
