Hello Pabbly Team,
I’m facing a significant issue with the sender name approval process for multiple clients using Chatflow. I’m an agency owner, and I've recommended Chatflow to a few clients, but unfortunately, the sender name keeps getting rejected for every account I try to set up.
Despite ensuring that the business names and all required information are correct, I’m unable to get the sender names approved. This has been going on for several clients, and it’s becoming very frustrating, especially since I'm using AiSensy where this process takes just 2 minutes without any issues.
Could you please assist with resolving this problem? If this issue cannot be fixed soon, I would like to know the refund process for my clients who have purchased Chatflow based on my recommendation.
